Superfriendly, exceptionally kind staff, thanks very much for treating me so well. The breakfast is delicious - I tried fruit juices, cereal, yoghourt, and fruit. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel.  

The breakfast is good, the room is a nice size and reasonably well appointed with an on suite bathroom.

Airy and fabulous rooms with coffee and free wireless internet access. Good services, the free parking was available nearby. The early check-in process too.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spotless room with a very good size bathroom and the staff were really friendly. The location was marvellous, in particular young girl in restaurant. There was Pelican fish restaurant nearby to grab something to eat. 

Stay here and enjoy your Eastbourne weekend. Well-maintained and clean place to stay in, it has super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. It has particularly good setting in particular young girl in restaurant.

Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about, I can recommend it. I was offered a plentiful breakfast on the chef.

Comfortable, clean, and pleasant room. Nice clean ensuite. Inviting menu for meals. Hotel had a lift and comfortable beds. Sheet and duvet for temperature control. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room with large bath and comfy bed. Excellent 

Close to promenade, town and theatres. Provided Gluten free menu options.(though see dislikes) Lift to all floors. Quiet room. Friendly staff (esp restaurant)

Narrow (in places) staircases. Beers on offer limited. Despite Gluten free requirement being mentioned at time of booking and 2 days before trip by telephone, it was forgotten for the arrival night.

Lovely atmosphere and very friendly reception

Very comfy bed, perfectly clean and huge room with coffee and complimentary Wi-Fi. Lovely food, especially delicious and plentiful breakfast. Location - particularly good and perfect, so close to hill, and promenade.  

The units are reasonably well appointed by an open window.

The rooms are a nice size and reasonably well appointed with a very good size bathroom, so that guests have essentials. There is a lot of good food for breakfast.

The rooms here are spacious, the bathrooms are well-kept, and the location is fantastic, just minutes from a pier.
